and the people spoke. They did not want their money to

go for non-public transportation. They have already

spoken on that. So, it is the will of the people in our

county. At least, that was true two years ago when the

referendum went for a vote by the people. So, the people
|

in Baltimore County at the polls registered their pro-

tests.
