solidated it with the metropolitan area of Montgomery and

then took the remainder of Prince Georges; and tied it into

Charles County.

It seems to me that you would get a right clear

change in the credit in back of the bond issue, and cer-

tainly as to whether or not you would assign it: to the

metropolitan or to the rural division that I am speaking

of there, or what exactly you would do with it, how you

would handle that particular question.

one, but 1 doubt if it is insurmountable. It wasn't when

Nashville and Davidson Counties were consolidated. It was

|
a problem, but they handled it because the city had bonds,
|

the county had bonds and now they have one government
|

|
responsible for both bonds. It would be a tricky one,
