others, I think that would be a tremendous mistake.

JUDGE ADKINS: What would you think of having

a limitation similar to the limitation of the Congress on

executive orders of the President? I think there is a

time limitation there, isn't there? If the President

passes an executive order, then the Congress has a certain

period of time within which to veto the order. Would you

favor that kind of a limitation?

MAYOR McKELDIN: I would think so, I would

think there would be some need for a little security. If
