I have asked the people, I have been discussing this mat-

ter with a few of our states in the nation which have been
|
|

having studies made on the subject of the reorganization
|
|

of the Executive Department, and some time ago we initiated
|
|

|
an idea of that, and we have been working on it, and, as
|
|

|
a matter of fact, they are going to, because we don't want
|
|
20
|
the reorganization of the Executive Department to get con-
|
|
21
|
fused with your Commission here on the writing, and I have
|
