and, in education, I've seen it in other places where

time because education has been the favorite of the

community. They have gotten the biggest part of the

tax dollar, and Roads and everything else had to suffer

for it, and it is wrong. Nobody should have autonomy.

education is that important, as compared to other --

roads, so are all your other problems, water, sewer.
