The second thing, though, which this meeting

has been called specifically to resolve is a fact

question, really, and it is whether or not the Bureau

10

of the Budget does in fact modify or otherwise suggest

11

changes in the State Department of Education's budget

before that budget is finalized as a part of the budget

13

document which ultimately becomes the budget bill and

14

is introduced into the General Assembly.
