prepared to answer them right now and that again is re-

flected in the research questions that we have asked for

and the value of that information once it is obtained,

because it is going to be a matter of aiding. I think

the help that we've gotten insofar as Mr. Ratchford and

Mr. Thompson is concerned helps us along the line of

|
eventually making these decisions which eventually we are
|

|
going to have to make. However, again, I do feel, Ridge,
|

|
it is important to us to keep the thinking of the Com-
|
14
|
mission as a whole, the tenor of the thinking of the
|
15
|
Commission, if for no other reason, that we get on stage
|
16
|
for a little while and get the reasons from somebody here,
|

|
somebody there, and somebody here.

There are other valuable members on the Com-

|
mittee, such as Mr. Thayer. His thinking and reaction to
|

|
a lot of these questions would be important. He really to
|

|
some extent is an expert in this field of local
|
