380C. The County Commissioners of Caroline County
are authorized to promulgate rules and regulations, not
inconsistent with the law, for the issuance of licenses, and
for the operation of all business by licensees. Said regula-
tions may be modified from time to time as may be deemed
desirable.

380D. Any person who shall violate any of the provi-
sions of this sub-title shall, upon conviction by a court of
competent jurisdiction, be punished by a fine not exceeding
one thousand dollars ($1000) or imprisoned in jail for one
year, or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of
the court, and in case of a licensee his license shall be re-
voked for a period of one year. If any licensee shall will-
fully violate the regulations duly issued and promulgated
by the County Commissioners of Caroline County, the Com-
missioners may, after proper hearing, revoke the license
for a period of one year. In case any licensee is convicted
of the violation of the terms of this Act the Court shall
immediately declare his license revoked and notify the
County Commissioners accordingly. Any licensee who
shall sell or permit the sale of any alcoholic beverages not
authorized under the terms of this Act on his premises or
in connection with his business or otherwise shall, upon
conviction, forfeit his license and shall in addition thereto
be fined one thousand dollars ($1000) or imprisoned for
one year, or both fined and imprisoned, in the discretion of
the court.

380E. The State's Attorney of Caroline County, the
Sheriff of said County, the Constables of the several Dis-
tricts therein and the town officers of Denton are all spe-
cifically charged with the enforcement of the provisions of
this sub-title and the prosecution of those charged with the
violation of the provisions thereof.

380F. The funds derived from the sale of the said li-
censes in Caroline County less expenses shall be paid to the
Treasurer of Caroline County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Sections 375,
376, 377, 378, 379, 380, 380A, 380B, 380C, 380D, 380E and
380F shall not become effective until the same shall be sub-
mitted at the next special or general election held in said
County to the qualified voters of said Caroline County for
their adoption or rejection. There shall be printed on the
official ballots used at said election on separate lines a
