upon the presentation and surrender to him of the said
voucher and warrant, given to the said petitioner, shall
pay to him, or his representatives or assigns, the amount
called for by such vouchers and warrant, out of such funds
from the proceeds of liquor license fees as may be in his
hands as clerk of said court at the time, or if insufficient
funds are in his hands at the time of presentation of such
voucher and warrant, then out of the first funds from the
proceeds of liquor license fees that come into his hands,
and in his next regular statement and account to the State
of Maryland he shall be entitled to full credit for the
amount thus paid; such warrants to be paid in the order in
which they are issued.

442. The steward or officer of any club or cor-
poration, at the time he files an application for a
license in substantial compliance with the provisions of
Sections 413 and 414 of this Article, regulating the appli-
cation of an individual for a license, shall include in the
sworn application for such license a list of the bona fide
members of the club or corporation applying for a license,
and no such license shall be granted unless such club or
corporation shall own or regularly rent or lease a habita-
tion or place of meeting in Baltimore County.

443. If any such club, association or corporation, or
officer or agent thereof, shall sell, give, barter or in
any way furnish or dispense any liquor, or any ad-
mixture thereof, to any person, whether a member there-
of or not, without a license as herein provided, such officer
or agent shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to

the penalty of selling without a license.

444. If any person or any club, association or corpora-
tion or officer or agent thereof, without first obtain-
ing a license as provided in this sub-title, shall give,
barter, furnish, sell or dispense any liquors of any
kind to any person upon any grounds or premises
in Baltimore County to which grounds or premises
a price of admission is charged, such person or per-
sons giving, bartering, furnishing or dispensing any
such liquor, or any such agent or officer so doing, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined
not less than two hundred nor more than one thousand
dollars or be imprisoned in jail or the House of Correction
for not less than thirty days nor more than one year, or
shall suffer both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of
