wine or liquor of any kind having a greater percent-
age of alcohol by volume than one-half of one per cent for
beverage purposes, which the applicant will have on hand
during the license year applied for; eighth, the particular
place where the business is to be conducted under the
license applied for, accurately specifying the same by defi-
nite designation and description; ninth, that no person ex-
cept the applicant or applicants is or are in any manner
pecuniarily interested in said license or in the business
to be conducted thereunder during the continuance of the
license applied for and that no brewer or brewing com-
pany or distiller, rectifier or compounder of or any whole-
sale or retail dealer in any malted, brewed, spirituous, fer-
mented or intoxicating liquors, or any beer, ale, porter, wine
or liquor of any kind having a greater percentage of alcohol
by volume than one-half of one per cent for beverage pur-
poses, has or owns or shall have or own directly or indi-
rectly a pecuniary interest in the license applied for or in
the business to be conducted thereunder; tenth, that the
applicant or applicants has or have not, nor has any of
them, had such a license as in this sub-title provided
for in this State revoked, nor have they, nor any of
them, been convicted of any felony or misdemeanor at
any time within one year preceding the filing of said
petition; eleventh, that no bar shall be maintained or
conducted on the premises under or by virtue of the
license applied for and that no gambling or disorderly, im-
moral or illegal conduct or practices shall be permitted to
take place at or in any manner in connection with the place
for which such license is applied for; twelfth, the applicant
or each of the applicants, if there be more than one, shall
also state in such application that he or she or the firm,
association, company or corporation on whose behalf the
application is made, will not violate in any manner any of
the provisions of the law under which such license shall
be issued or of any law relating to the sale of spirituous,
fermented or intoxicating liquors, beer, ale, porter, wine or
liquor of any kind having a greater percentage of alcohol by
volume than one-half of one per cent for beverage purposes,
in Baltimore County or any condition whatsoever upon
which such license shall be granted and issued. In the
case of application for a brewer's license, the application
shall state the name of the person, firm or corporation de-
siring such license, the location of the principal office and
the place or places of business in Baltimore County, if any,
otherwise within the State of Maryland, and the number
