disapprove such form within thirty (30) days after the
said form has been submitted, then such failure shall be
construed as an approval of such form.

CHAPTER 520.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 33 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Elections, " sub-
title "Registration, " said new section to be known as
Section 28D and to follow Section 28C of said Article, to
provide for a new general registration of all qualified
voters of Somerset County in the year 1934 to supersede
all the registers of voters of said county now in exist-
ence.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and the same is hereby
added to Article 33 of the Code of Public General Laws 9f
Maryland, title "Elections, " sub-title "Registration, " said
new section to be known as Section 28D, to follow imme-
diately after Section 28C of said Article, and to read as
follows:

28D. In Somerset County a new general registration of
all the qualified voters of said county shall be made by the
board of registry of said county in the year 1934. Such
new general registration shall be made in the same way
and under the same rules and provisions in all respects as
are in said Article 33 of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Elections, " sub-title "Registration, " made for the
first general registration, so far as the same may be appli-
cable, and except as herein modified. Each Board of Reg-
istry shall sit for said new registration at the place desig-
nated by the Board of Supervisors of Elections of said
county on the first and second Tuesdays in the month of
August, 1934, and shall register names of voters on both
of said days. The third Tuesday in August of said year
shall be revision day and the several Boards of Registry
of said county shall meet to revise their respective reg-
istries in the same way and in accordance with the same
rules and provisions in all respects as are in said Article
33 made for revision of registries. The registry of voters
made under the provisions of this section shall supersede
