feet from the aforementioned origin of co-ordinates, then
still with the waters of Severn River south 71° 28' 40" west
2700. 9 feet to the concrete monument at the place of be-
ginning, containing 5. 57 square miles of land, more or less.
Bearings are referred to the true meridian at the origin of
co-ordinates.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of carrying out the provisions of said act, the said sewerage
district shall be under the jurisdiction of a commission of
five members, namely:
J. Garland Healy
Jesse A. Fisher
J. Clayton Brewer, representing the City of An-
napolis,
R. Earle Strange, representing that part of
the sewerage district outside of Annapolis; and
James H. Ellis, representing the Anne Arun-
del County Sanitary Commission, who shall hold office
for the period of four years from May 1, 1931,
or until their successors are appointed and have
qualified. Upon the expiration of the said terms
