or they shall appeal, he, she, it or they shall enter into
recognizance with security to be approved by the Justice
of the Peace; and in every such case the appeal shall be
taken within ten days after judgment entered.

Section 710. Any Justice of the Peace in and for
Prince George's County, upon information made under
oath or examination reduced to writing that any per-
son in manufacturing, selling, offering or exposing, or
storing for sale or barter, any intoxicating liquors,
contrary to the provisions of this Act, shall issue his
warrant requiring the persons suspected to be arrested,
and the said building or other place to be searched, and the
parties found therein to be arrested and brought before
him as aforesaid, and in such warrant shall require the
officer to whom it is directed to seize or hold all liquors to
be found in such house or building, and also vessels, bar
fixtures, screens, glasses, bottles, jugs and other appurte-
nances apparently used in the sale, or storing of such
liquors contrary to law, and at the trial of any person or
persons charged with the violations of any of the provisions
of this Act, the affidavit of the facts stated under oath on
examination before such Justice of the Peace, upon which
he shall have issued his warrant as aforesaid, shall be pro-
duced at the trial of the case.

Section 711. If, upon examination of such person, it
shall appear to such justice that there is probable cause
to believe him guilty of the offense charged, the accused
shall be required to enter into a recognizance, with suf-
ficient securities, in the sum of not more than five hundred
dollars to appear before the next term of the Circuit Court
of Prince George's County to answer an indictment if one
be preferred against him.

Section 712. If the Sheriff of Prince George's County,
or any of his deputies, or one of the constables of said
county or any officer having constabulary powers shall
have reasonable cause to believe that any person or per-
sons are handling, carrying or bringing into Prince
George's County intoxicating liquors in quantity exceed-
ing one quart for any purpose whatsoever contrary to
the provisions of this Act, it shall be the duty of said
Sheriff, deputy sheriff, constable or officer to arrest
such person, which arrest may be made without warrant,
if the offense is committed in the presence of such officer,
