sales made by a person under order of court requiring him
to sell personal property.

Section 705. It shall be unlawful for any person or
persons, public or private carrier to knowingly accept or
receive for shipment, transportation or delivery to or
from any person or place within the limits of Prince
George's County any intoxicating liquor or to carry, bring
into, transfer to any other person, carrier or agent,
handle, deliver or distribute in Prince George's County
any intoxicating liquors regardless of the name by
which it may be called, provided, however, that individ-
uals may bring into Prince George's County upon their
person or as their personal baggage for their personal
use only, intoxicating liquors in quantity not to exceed
one quart. It shall be unlawful for any person to bring
into said county or have in his possession in said county
more than the above stated amount of intoxicating liquors
at any one time or to bring into said county more than
the above stated amount of intoxicating liquors during
any one calendar month; provided further that nothing
in this Act shall be construed to prevent the proper
officers of churches to receive wine in unbroken packages
for sacramental purposes only; nor to prevent the ship-
ment of alcohol or spirituous liquors to registered pharm-
acists for medicinal, scientific or mechanical purposes
only; nor in the manufacture, sale, shipment or trans-
portation of any bona fide medicinal, culinary or toilet
preparation, official standard or proprietary, provided the
same does not contain more alcohol than necessary to
comply with its standard or official formula or to hold the
constituents in solution, preserve the preparation or
keep it from freezing, provided the preparation is not
sold as a beverage or intoxicant.

Section 706. The provisions of this Act shall not be
construed to prevent any one from manufacturing native
fruits for his own domestic consumption, wine or cider
or possessing the same for domestic use only, but under
no circumstances to be sold or given away in violation of
this Act; or to prevent the sale, keeping or storing for
sale by registered pharmacists of liquors for medicinal and
sacramental purposes only not to be drunk upon the
premises under any circumstances, provided that such
regular druggist or pharmacist shall, in good faith, keep
a true and exact record in a book which he shall provide for
the purpose in which shall be entered at the time of any
