on or before the 15th day of July in each year adopt such
assessment or modification thereof as the assessment which
shall apply until a new assessment or revision be made
under the provisions of this subtitle, and shall by ordi-
nances levy a tax for the fiscal year, which tax shall become
due immediately upon the levy thereof.

203. If the taxes of any property owner shall not be
paid by the first day of July next after the levy thereof
there shall be added a penalty of one per centum thereof,
and a like penalty of one per centum on the first day of
each succeeding month until such taxes and penalties are
paid, provided the Council shall have power to abate in
whole or in part any penalties which may have accrued.

204. The Treasurer of North Beach shall enforce the
payment of taxes, penalties and special assessments under
and pursuant to the provisions of Sections 70 and 86, both
inclusive, of Article 81 of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, 1929 supplement, title "Revenue and Taxes, "
sub-title "Tax Sales, " and the provisions of the said sec-
tions shall apply to and control the enforcement of the
payment of taxes, penalties and special assessments to the
same extent as if the said sections were set forth at large
in this sub-title and for purposes of this section, the Treas-
urer of North Beach shall be deemed to be the "Collector"
mentioned in said sections.

205. The service of bills as provided in Sections 70 and

71 of said Article 81 shall be made immediately after the
first day of May rather than after the first day of January
as provided for in said sections.

206. Sales to be made under the provisions of Section

72 of said Article 81 shall be made at the door of the Town
Hall in North Beach instead of at the Court House door.

207. Notices of sale under the provisions of Section
72 of said Article 81 shall be posted at the door of the
Town Hall in North Beach instead of at the Court House
door as provided for in said Section 72, and the Treasurer
shall mail a copy to each taxpayer affected thereby at his
address as same appears on the Treasurer's books.

208. Any property sold pursuant to the provisions of
this sub-title may be redeemed in accordance with the
provisions of Section 78 in said Article 81 at any time
