ing subdivisions of Montgomery County under the provi-
sions of this Act:

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Board of
Election Supervisors of Montgomery County are directed,
upon the verification of the signatures of such petition, to
hold such special election within sixty (60) days from the
filing of the petition, to print ballots and usual public
notices and to generally conduct said election under the
laws governing the conduct of general elections in Mont-
gomery County, except that the Board of Election Super-
visors shall only be required to give public advertisement
as to the location of the polling place or places for two (2)
weeks preceding the date of the election.

The Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery
County are authorized and directed to pay the expenses of
any and all such elections.

Any resident of Montgomery County who will be quali-
fied to register under the general registration laws of the
State to vote in the general election to be held in Novem-
ber, 1934, shall be registered on a supplemental registra-
tion book on the day of any such local option special elec-
