of plats showing property or rights-of-way to be acquired
or conveyed by the State Roads Commission, and when so
filed and indexed the same shall be and constitute a part
of the Land Records of the county in which filed. Each
Clerk shall be entitled to receive a fee of one dollar for
each plat so filed and indexed. Said plats shall be of a size
not greater than fifteen inches by thirty inches.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or
parts of Acts, general or local, inconsistent with any or
all of the provisions of this Act, be and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 459.

AN ACT to authorize the Board of Governors of the Me-
morial Hospital of Cumberland, of Allegany County,
Maryland, to pay the South Cumberland Planing Mill
Company, the Wilson Hardware Company, Merwin Mc-
Kaig, the Cumberland Cement and Supply Company, the
Grant Lumber and Supply Company, the Motor Trans-
fer Company and Brinker Brothers, all Cumberland,
Maryland firms, their respective bills for materials
which they furnished and which were used in the con-
struction of the hospital building of the said the Board
of Governors of the Memorial Hospital of Cumberland.

WHEREAS, The Board of Governors of the Memorial
Hospital of Cumberland, a corporation, contracted in writ-
ing upon March 30, 1928, with the George A. Fuller Com-
pany, Contractor, for the erection of a large hospital build-
ing at the contract price of Four Hundred Fifty-five Thou-
sand and Nineteen Dollars ($455, 019. 00) and the Con-
tractor, in the construction of the building in pursuance
of the agreement, sub-contracted some of the work to the
Baltimore Fireproofing Company, a corporation, and

WHEREAS, The said Baltimore Fireproofing Company, in
performing its part of the construction of said building,
