due returns shall be made to the Governor of the vote for
and against said proposed amendment, as directed by said
Fourteenth Article of the Constitution, and further pro-
ceedings had in accordance with said Article Fourteen.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 457.

AN ACT to add an additional sub-section to Section 7 of
Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title "Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title "Ex-
emptions, " relative to the exemption from taxation of
property of Boy Scout organizations, or councils of Boy
Scouts, in the State of Maryland.

CHAPTER 458.

AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 17 of the Anno-
tated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Clerks of Courts, " sub-title "Clerks of Circuit Courts, "
said new section to be known as Section 65A and to fol-
low immediately after Section 65 of said Article, to pro-
vide for the indexing and filing as a part of the Land
Records of each county of copies of plats showing prop-
erty or rights-of-way to be acquired or conveyed by the
State Roads Commission.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new Section be and the same is hereby
added to Article 17 of the Annotated Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, title "Clerks of Courts, " sub-title
"Clerks of Circuit Courts, " to be known as Section 65A
and to follow immediately after Section 65 of said Article
and to read as follows:

65A. Every Clerk shall receive, index and file in a sub-
stantial loose-leaf book linen backed or other durable copies
