ning. Containing 19, 554 square feet. 449 acres.
Also: Right of Way across the Adolphus Gude tract and
that part of Circle Street between the said Gude tract and
the Ray Road, otherwise known as Poplar Avenue: Begin-
ning at an iron pipe in the last line of the J. Lee Adams
tract S 45' 11" E 535. 82 feet from the beginning thereof
and running S 42' 49" W 391. 8 feet more or less to said
Ray Road or Poplar Avenue, thence N 47' 11" W with the
easterly line of said road or avenue 40 feet to the corner
of Parker's lot, thence N 42' 49" E 393. 12 feet, more or
less, to an iron pipe, thence S 45' 17' E 40 feet to the be-
ginning. Containing 15, 798 square feet, more or less.
(A) Every resident of said town having the qualifica-
tions of a voter under the laws" of this State, who has re-
sided in said town for three months immediately preceding
the election at which such person proposes to vote, and who
is duly registered as a voter in the said town under the
provisions of the next succeeding section shall be entitled
to vote in municipal elections in the said town, and no per-
son shall vote in any such municipal election who does not
possess the qualifications enumerated in this section; pro-
vided, however, that this section and the next succeeding
section shall not apply to special elections held under the
provisions of Section 960 (G) of this Charter. The resi-
dents of said town having the qualifications enumerated in
this section shall on the first Monday in May next elect
three persons not less than twenty-five years of age as
Councilmen, who, together with the three Councilmen
elected at the last general election, shall constitute the
Council, all of whom shall have resided in the said town
at least one year previous to their election and be legal
voters and property owners therein. Thereafter on the
first Monday of each succeeding May, three persons pos-
sessing the qualifications herein enumerated shall be
elected as Councilmen. At the election to be held on the
first Monday in May, 1934, and on the first Monday in
May every second year thereafter, one of the three Coun-
cilmen to be elected shall be resident in that portion of the
town lying within Prince George's County and two of the
Councilmen to be elected shall be resident in that portion
of the town, lying within Montgomery County. At any
such election the candidate resident in that portion of the
