peace for the said seventeenth election district of Prince
George's County now residing in said town shall continue
so to reside for the remainder of his present term of office,
he shall have the said powers, rights, duties, obligations
and emoluments herein granted for so long as he shall so
reside until the end of his said term of office.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 434.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 10 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County, " sub-title "Live Stock Running At
Large, " said new section to be known as Section 379A.
and to follow immediately after Section 379 of said
Article, making it unlawful for live stock to run at large
in Dorchester County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added
to Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County, " sub-title
"Live Stock Running At Large, " said new section to be
known as Section 379A, to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 379 of said Article, and to read as follows:

379A. It shall be unlawful for any cattle, swine or
live stock of any kind to run at large, without an attend-
ant or person in charge thereof, in Dorchester County.
Any person permitting his live stock to run at large in
violation of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined Five Dollars
($5. 00) for each and every such violation and shall be
liable for any damage which may be caused by said live
stock running at large.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
