CHAPTER 426.

AN ACT to ratify and confirm the action of the County
Commissioners of Montgomery County in conveying to
John Imirie and Mary F. B. Imirie, his wife, certain real
property, situate and lying in said County, by deeds,
dated August 4, 1932, and recorded in the Land Records
of said County, and to make the same valid and effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the action of the County Commissioners
of Montgomery County in granting and conveying certain
real property, situate and lying in said County, to John
Imirie and Mary F. B. Imirie, his wife, by their deeds,
both dated August 4, 1932, and both recorded on December
27, 1932, in the Land Records of Montgomery County in
Liber C. K. W. No. 548, folio 100, and in Liber C. K. W.
No. 548, folio 103, and in executing the two aforesaid deeds,
be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed
and that said deeds be and they are hereby made valid to
all intents and purposes as though, before said County
Commissioners granted and conveyed said property as
aforesaid and executed the aforesaid deeds, the said
County Commissioners had had the express authority of
the General Assembly so to do.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 427.

AN ACT to repeal Section 72 of Article 48A of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Insurance, "
sub-title "Agents and Brokers, " as enacted by Chapter
492 of the Acts of 1922.

SECTION 1. Be it 'enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 72 of Article 48A of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Insurance, " sub-
title "Agents and Brokers, " as enacted by Chapter 492 of
the Acts of 1922, be and the same is hereby repealed.
