CHAPTER 415.

AN ACT to change the dividing line between the Second
and Third Election Districts of Calvert County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the dividing line between the Second and
Third Election Districts of Calvert County be so changed
as to run as follows:

Beginning at the Lyons, Gibson & Company's Lumber
Warehouse on the west side of the Solomon's Island Road
about six and one-half miles north of Prince Frederick,
thence following the said Solomon's Island Road in a south-
erly direction to the intersection of the Little Lyons Creek
Road, thence following the said Little Lyons Creek Road
until it intersects the present boundary line between the
Second and Third Election Districts of Calvert County and
thence with the said boundary line to the Patuxent River.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Supervisors
of Elections of Calvert County shall cause to be stricken
from the list of qualified voters on the registration books
thereof before the next election in Calvert County, the
names of all persons residing in that part of the Second
Election District by this Act made a part of the Third
Election District, and shall cause such names so stricken
off as aforesaid to be transferred to the proper registration
books of the Third Election District of said county.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 416.

AN ACT to exempt for a period of two years the Emmits-
burg Railroad Company from all State taxes and from
all county taxes in the County of Frederick.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Emmitsburg Railroad Company shall
be exempt from all State taxes and from all county taxes
