"$3. 50. " The said Clerk-treasurer shall publish said list
in some newspaper having general circulation in the Town
of Colmar Manor once a week for three successive weeks
prior to the first Monday in April of each year real estate
is advertised to be sold for such taxes and/or assessments.
Each piece of real estate so advertised for sale shall bear
a charge of one dollar to cover the costs of said advertise-
ment and charge of twenty-five cents to cover the cost of
verifying the name or names of the owner or owners of
such real estate, and when real estate has been sold under
this Act and has not been redeemed before the issuance of
the order of publication hereinafter provided, there shall
be an additional one dollar charged to each piece of real
estate so sold and unredeemed, and these charges shall be
included in the report of sale of the Clerk-treasurer of the
Mayor and Town Council of Colmar Manor as a charge
upon such real estate.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That each section of
this Act and every part of each section are hereby declared
to be individual sections, and the holding of any section or
sections or part or parts thereof to be void, ineffective or
unconstitutional for any cause shall not be deemed to affect
any other section or part hereof.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and being passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by
three-fifths of all members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of passage.

AN ACT to repeal Section 198 of Article 13 of the Code

of Public Local Laws of Mary land; 'title "Harford
County, " sub-title "Court Library; " said section pro-
viding for the payment of fines and recognizances in the
augmentation and maintenance of the Court Library.
