shall receive a salary of fifteen hundred dollars per annum,
as full compensation for his entire services as required of
him by law or which may hereafter be required of him by
any law of this state; and such salary shall be paid to him
by the County Commissioners of said Somerset County in
equal quarterly installments the first day of January, April,
July and October in each and every year.

CHAPTER 378.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 93 of the Anno-
tated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, Edition
of 1924, the new section to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 51 of said Article, entitled "Testamentary Law, "
sub-title "Administration by an Executor, " and to be
known as Section 51A, providing for the appointment of
an agent for a non-resident executor or administrator
upon whom service might be made.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be, and the same is hereby
added to Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1924, entitled "Testa-
mentary Law, " sub-title "Administration by an Executor, "
said new section to follow immediately after Section 51 of
said Article, to be known as Section 51 A, and to read as
follows:
51A. Every executor or administrator who is a non-
resident of the State of Maryland shall file in the office
of the register of wills an instrument designating some
local agent on whom service of any process may be made
in like manner and with like effect as if it were served
personally on such executor or administrator.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1st, 1933.
