CHAPTER 376.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
364 of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County, " sub-
title "Revenue and Taxes, " as repealed and re-enacted
by Chapter 407 of the Acts of 1931, fixing the salary of
the Treasurer of Somerset County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 364 of Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Somerset County, " sub-title "Revenue and Taxes, " as re-
pealed and re-enacted by Chapter 407 of the Acts of 1931,
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments to read as follows:
364. The Treasurer shall receive as compensation for
his services as Treasurer and as Clerk to the said County
Commissioners an annual salary of two thousand dollars
payable by the said County Commissioners in equal
monthly installments on the first of each and every month.

CHAPTER 377.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments Section
391 of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County, " sub-
title "State's Attorney, " as repealed and re-enacted by
the Acts of 1931, Chapter 309, and to repeal Section 392
of said Article, as repealed and re-enacted by said Chap-
ter 309 of the Acts of 1931.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 391 and 392 of Article 20 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Somerset County, " sub-title "State's Attorney, " be
and they are hereby repealed, and said Section 391 is
hereby re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
391. The State's Attorney of said Somerset County in
lieu of all tees of every kind heretofore received by him,
