393. The Sheriff of Somerset County shall receive for
the keeping of prisoners committed to his custody and for
their victuals the sum of forty cents per head per day,
payable by the said County Commissioners on the last day
of every month.

CHAPTER 371.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
93 and 94 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title
"Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Crabs, " pertaining to
the season for taking crabs.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 93 and 94 of Article 39 of the An-
notated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland (1929
Supplement), title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Crabs, "
be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments to read as follows:
Section 93. Closed Season. It shall be unlawful for
any person or persons to take, catch or gather hard shell
crabs in any of the waters of the State of Maryland, ex-
cept in the waters of Worcester County, between the first
day of December and the first day of May next succeeding
in each and every year.
Section 94. Worcester County. It shall be unlawful
for any person or persons to take, catch or gather. crabs in
any of the waters of Worcester County between the first
day of November and the first day of April next succeeding,
in each and every year.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
