tion to be known as Section 184A and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 184 of said Article, to fix the time
when compensation shall be paid to the Board of Super-
visors of Election of Somerset County, their clerk and
attorney.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Somerset County, " sub-title "Elec-
tions, " said new section to be known as Section 184A, to
follow immediately after Section 184 of said Article, and
to read as follows:
184A. The Board of Supervisors of Election of Somer-
set County, their clerk and attorney, shall be paid the sal-
aries provided for in Article 33 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland only in those years in which
county or general elections are held.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or
parts of laws, whether Public General or Public Local Laws,
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and they are
hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
393 of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County, " sub-
title "Sheriff. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 393 of Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Somerset County, " sub-title "Sheriff, " be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:
