ment Committee to act as an advisory board for the County
Commissioners of Montgomery County, as to the legality
of any voucher or account submitted to said Board of
County Commissioners for payment, to designate the mem-
bers of said committee, to provide for their compensation,
and to authorize the levy of taxes for that purpose, " be
and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 330.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
465 of Article 12 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Garrett County, " sub-title "Re-
ports, " relating to publication of the reports of the
County Commissioners and the Board of Education of
Garrett County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 465 of Article 12 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Garrett County, " sub-title "Reports, " be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:

465. The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett
County -and the Board of Education of Garrett County
shall publish during the month of October in the case of
the Board of County Commissioners and during the month
of November, in the case of the Board of Education, next
succeeding the close of the fiscal year of each board an-
nual statements of all receipts and expenditures of the re-
spective boards, the same to be sworn to by the presidents
of the said respective boards. The aforesaid publications
shall be made in the county newspaper which submits the
lowest bid for publishing the annual statements herein
required; if the bids so received from county newspapers
for such publication are too high according to the judgment
of the board, of County Commissioners or the County Board
of Education, either jointly or separately, then in lieu of
