SECTION 45A. That any person qualified to be a Town
Commissioner of Centreville, who desires to be a candidate
for the office of Town Commissioner of Centreville, shall
so state his desire in writing and file same, fifteen days
before any town election, with the Clerk of the Town Com-
missioners of Centreville; and any legally qualified voter
of the town of Centreville, who desires to present a candi-
date for the office of Town Commissioner of Centreville,
shall so state his desire in writing and file same, fifteen
days before any town election, with the Clerk of the Town
Commissioners of Centreville, the candidate so presented
must be legally competent to serve as Town Commissioner
of Centreville; and in any election for Town Commission-
ers of Centreville only those ballots with the names of
those whose notice in writing has been filed with the Clerk
of the Town Commissioners of Centreville as above pre-
scribed shall be counted, all other ballots are to be declared
void.
SECTION 45B. That immediately after the filing of the
written notices as prescribed by Section 45A, the Clerk of
the Town Commissioners of Centreville shall compile a
list of those desiring to be Town Commissioners of Centre-
ville and shall publish said list once in one newspaper pub-
lished in the town of Centreville, and at the same time the
Clerk of the Town Commissioners of Centreville shall pub-
lish the date, hour and place for holding the election for the
office of Town Commissioners of Centreville.
SEC. 2. And, be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 29.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
56 of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County, "
sub-title "Centreville, " and to add a new section to said
Article, to be known as Section 56A and to follow im-
mediately after Section 56 of said Article, relating to
