It shall be the duty of the Conservation Commissioner to
immediately seize, confiscate and remove any oysters
planted or introduced in violation of this section.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 303.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
423A of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County, "
sub-title "Oysters, " as same was enacted by Chapter 506
of the Acts of 1931, relating to the taking of oysters in
the waters of Tar Bay and Honga River.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 423A of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County, " sub-title "Oysters, " as same was en-
acted by Chapter 506 of the Acts of 1931, be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to
read as follows:
Section 423A. It shall be unlawful to catch oysters by
means of a scoop, scrape, dredge or any similar instrument
or device, in the waters of Tar Bay and in the waters of
Honga River lying northerly and inside of a straight line
drawn from Crab Point on the east side of said river to the
Black Spar Buoy, and continuing to the southeasterly shore
of Lower Hooper's Island.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts
of laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and
they are hereby repealed to the extent of such incon-
sistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
