160. The sessions of the Orphans' Court of Worcester
County shall be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each
and every month, and the Judges of the said Orphans'
Court of Worcester County shall each receive the sum of
six dollars for each day's attendance upon the sessions of
said Court.

Hereafter, not more than one of said Judges shall be a
resident of any County Commissioner District of Worcester
County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or
parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act,
be and they are hereby repealed to the extent of such in-
consistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 302.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 72 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Oysters, " sub-
title "Oyster Culture, " said new section to be known as
Section 98A, and to follow immediately after Section 98
of said Article, prohibiting the planting, cultivating, or
introducing into the waters of the State any species of
oysters except the Ostrea virginica.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be added to Article 72 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Oysters, "
sub-title "Oyster Culture, " said new section to be known
as Section 98A, and to follow immediately after Section 98
of said Article, and to read as follows:

Section 98A. It shall be unlawful to plant, cultivate, or
introduce into any of the waters of the State any species
of oyster whatever, except the species Ostrea virginica.
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon convic-
tion, be subject to a fine of five hundred dollars ($500. 00)
or imprisonment for not less than one year, or both.
