Districts, one of which shall consist of Pocomoke Election
District and Atkinsons' Election District; one of Snow
Hill District, Stockton District, Colbourne's District and
Newark District, and one of East Berlin District. West
Berlin District and St. Martin's District, the same being
what were formerly known as the three collection districts
of said Worcester County; and one of said County Com-
missioners shall be a resident of each of said three Com-
missioner Districts, so that the Board of County Commis-
sioners shall be composed always of a representative from
each of said three Commissioner Districts; and the salary
of each of said Commissioners shall be seven hundred and
twenty dollars per year, payable monthly by Worcester
County, and the said Commissioners are hereby authorized
and empowered to employ a clerk to keep up to date the
assessment records and other records of their office, the
cost of such clerk not to exceed the sum of one thousand
dollars per year, and to be paid by Worcester County, and
the said Commissioners shall meet at least one day in every
week and shall remain in session so long as may be neces-
sary to properly transact the business of the County, but
nothing herein contained shall be construed to affect or
alter the terms of office of the County Commissioners
already elected or to change or alter the compensation of
the County Commissioners prior to the beginning of the
terms of office of those who will be elected under the pro-
visions hereof in November, 1934.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and
they are hereby repealed to the extent of such incon-
sistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
1 of Article 10 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924
Edition), title "Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in
Fact, " sub-title "Admission to the Bar, " so as to eliminate
