3A. Commercial motor vehicles with two axles and
equipped with pneumatic tires, electrically operated, shall
be divided into seven classes based upon the gross ship-
ping weight of the chassis, battery, body and load as given
and certified to by the manufacturer, and the fee for each
class shall be as follows:

4A. Commercial Motor Vehicles with three axles and
equipped with pneumatic tires, electrically operated, shall
be divided into six classes based upon the gross shipping
weight of the chassis, battery, body and load as given and
certified to by the manufacturer, and the fee for each class
shall be as follows:

Nothing in this section or sub-section or sub-sections
(1A), (2A), (3A) or (4A) shall be construed to repeal
or amend the law prescribing the fees to be paid by freight
motor vehicles operating for hire with a permit from the
Public Service Commission. In the event any of the motor
