ceived for the ward during any year. In the event of
extraordinary services rendered by such guardian the court
may, upon petition and after hearing thereon, authorize
additional compensation thereof payable from the estate
of the ward. Notice of such petition and hearing shall be
given the proper office of the Bureau in the manner pro-
vided in Section 561. No compensation shall be allowed on
the corpus of an estate received from a preceding guardian.
The guardian may be allowed from the estate of his ward
reasonable premiums paid by him to any corporate surety
upon his bond.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 278.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
109 of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County, " sub-
title "County Treasurer, " relating to the election of the
County Treasurer and making such treasurer ineligible
for re-election until after the lapse of one full term after
the expiration of his term.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 109 of Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caro-
line County, " sub-title "County Treasurer, " be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments,
to read as follows:
109. At the general election to be held on the first
Tuesday after the first Monday in November in the year
1934 and every fourth year thereafter, a county treasurer
shall be elected by the qualified voters of Caroline County,
who shall hold office for the term of four years from the
first Monday in July next following his election, and until
his successor shall qualify, and no County Treasurer whose
term shall expire after this Act becomes effective shall be
eligible for re-election until the lapse of one full term after
