has been approved by the Board of Public Works, as above
provided, the Board of Estimates shall file with the Board
of Public Works at the end of every two months an account
of all sums expended and paid out by the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore during such two month period for
unemployment relief as herein provided. Such account shall
contain an itemized statement as to how such sum or sums
have been expended during said period. Upon the receipt
of such an account, the Board of Public Works shall forth-
with pay the amount as shown by said account or so much
thereof, as it may approve and deem necessary or proper.
The Board of Public Works shall have the right to dis-
allow, refuse to pay, or reduce said account, or any item or
items thereof, in such amount as it may determine in its
discretion. All payments allowed by the Board of Public
Works shall be made to the Register of Baltimore City who
shall give unto the Board of Public Works a receipt show-
ing the exact sums so paid unto the Mayor and City Coun-
cil of Baltimore, for such unemployment relief, and the
exact periods covered by such payments.

In the event of a dispute between the Board of Public
Works, and the Board of Estimates as to whether any sum
or sums was a necessary or proper expenditure in the
furtherance of unemployment relief as herein provided, or
or in the event of any dispute of any character involving
any question arising under this Act, the decision of the
Board of Public Works shall be final.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the County
Commissioners of the several counties of the State and the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, are hereby respect-
ively directed to levy State taxes for the years 1934 to
1949, each year inclusive of five cents (5c) on each one
hundred dollars ($100) of assessable property; to be col-
lected according to law, to meet the interest on the amount
of said certificates outstanding, and also to meet and re-
deem so much of the principal in each of said years as may
be represented by certificates redeemable in each year,
respectively, as herein specified in Section 2 of this Act.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the first day of June, 1933.
