426 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 238

To the bequest of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00)
and a proportionate share of the rest and residue of
the Testator's estate to The Trustees of Gatch Meth-
odist Episcopal Church of Great Falls Circuit of Balti-
more County, a corporation, as contained in the last Will
and Testament of Edmund K. Maidlow, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, dated June 1, 1927, and recorded in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City aforesaid,
in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 173, Folio 144, etc.

To the bequest of One Thousand Dollars ($1000. 00) to
the Vestry of St. Mary's Parish of the Protestant Episco-
pal Church in St. Mary's County, as contained in the last
Will and Testament of Annie Elizabeth Lilburn, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, duly probated by the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore City on December 6, 1932, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said City
in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 175, Folio 115, with the request
that said sum be invested in income producing securities
and that the income thereof be applied from year to year
towards the payment of the salary of the then Rector of
Trinity Church at St. Mary's City in said Parish, said fund
to be known as "The John Gray Hopkins Lilburn Memorial
Fund. "

To the bequest of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1500. 00)
to The Trustees of Congregation Beth-El of Cumberland,
Maryland, as contained in the last Will and Testament of
Ira Rosenbaum, late of Allegany County, deceased, duly
admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court for Allegany
County on January 15, 1932, and recorded in the Office of
the Register of Wills for said County in Wills Liber "P"
at page 505.

To the gifts and bequests as contained in the last Will
and Testament of Sarah C. Shaffer, late of Carroll County,
deceased, dated April 23, 1923, and recorded in the Office
of the Register of Wills for Carroll County, in Wills Liber
W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 123, as follows:

(a) To the Trustees of the United Brethren Church of
Manchester, Maryland, with the request that they keep up
the grave of the Testatrix and that of her Mother, the sum
of Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00);

(b) To the Trustees of Bachman's Lutheran Church,
with the request that they keep up the grave of the Father
of the Testatrix, the sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100. 00);

(e) To the Trustees of the Lutheran Church of Man-
