To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Samuel J.
Messersmith and Annie F. Messersmith, his wife, to Christ
Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore City, dated July
8, 1903, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber R. O. No. 2022, Folio 549.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Charles G.
Riepe and Ellen Riepe, his wife, to The Inner Mission So-
ciety of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City
and Vicinity, Incorporated, dated January 5, 1932, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 5276, Folio 164.

To the bequest, of the leasehold property No. 2801 Har-
lem Avenue, in Baltimore City, to St. Vincent's Male
Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City and St. Mary's Female
Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City, as contained in the last
Will and Testament of Daniel B. Craig, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, dated October 18, 1928, filed for record in
the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in
Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 171, Folio 382, etc.

To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testament
of Edward J. Gallagher, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of tBalti-
more City and recorded in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 175,
Folio 448, as follows: ,

, (a) To the Right Reverend John J. Murray, Rector of
Saint Elizabeth's Roman Catholic Church of Baltimore
City, the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250. 00);

(b) To the Right Reverend Hugh J. Monaghan, Rector
of Saint Ambrose Roman Catholic Church of Baltimore
City, the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250. 00);

(e) To Saint Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum of Balti-
more City, the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00);

(d) To the Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City,
the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00).

To the bequest and devise of property No. 500 North
Central Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, to the Franklin
Street Presbyterian Church of Baltimore City, as con-
tained in the last Will and Testament of Mary E. Ahring,
late of Baltimore City, deceased, duly probated by the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on June 18, 1930, and
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 167, Folio 365, etc.
