construct the disposal plant and sewerage system of said
town.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of securing the prompt payment of all instalments of in-
terest on said bonds as the same shall become due semi-
annually as aforesaid, and for the purpose of redeeming
said bonds at maturity the Commissioners of Ridgely are
hereby authorized and directed to levy annually a special
tax upon the assessable property of the town of Ridgely in
such sum as may be necessary and sufficient to pay the
interest on said bonds semi-annually and to redeem One
Thousand Dollars ($1, 000. 00) of said bonds annually com-
mencing May 1st, 1934, as aforesaid, until the same have
been fully redeemed and retired, and the said special tax
hereby authorized to be levied in this section shall be in
addition to the amount already heretofore authorized by
the Charter of Ridgely and shall, be collected at the same
time and in like manner as other taxes levied in said town
are collected, and that upon the redemption of all of said
bonds and the payment of the interest thereon as aforesaid,
then this special tax herein provided for shall cease.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public safety and health,
and being passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
372 of Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Allegany County; sub-title "Juvenile Court, " relating
to a Deputy Sheriff to attend such court and setting forth
his salary and making this Act an emergency law.
