the issuance of said licenses in full without any deductions
or commissions. Upon receipt of same, the Comptroller
shall place the funds so received to the credit of the
Angler's License Fund.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 89 of
Article 39 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land (1929 Supplement), title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-
title "Deep Creek Lake, " be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 201.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Chan-
cery, " to be under sub-title "Examination of Insolvents, "
said new section to be known as Section 47A and to fol-
low immediately after Section 47 of said Article, to
provide for the examination of insolvent persons, firms
or corporations, over which the Court of equity has
assumed jurisdiction, by creditors of said insolvent per-
sons, firms or corporations.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 16 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edi-
tion), title "Chancery, " to be under sub-title "Examination
of Insolvents, " said new section to be known as Section
47A, to follow immediately after Section 47 of said Article,
and to read as follows:

EXAMINATION OF INSOLVENTS

47A. Whenever any assignment is made for the benefit
of creditors by any person, firm or corporation, and the
Court assumes jurisdiction thereof, and whenever a re-
ceiver is appointed by any Court of equity for any in-
solvent firm or corporation, the Court, upon the petition
of any two or more creditors, shall by order refer the
cause to one of the standing commissioners or examiners

of the Court, who shall, at the request of said creditors, fix
