tegrity of such persons and without the least reference to
their political opinions, to be known as the grand jury
panel, provided however that no person shall be selected
and placed upon such panel as a juror who shall not have
arrived at the age of twenty-five years or who is over sev-
enty years of age, Judges of the Orphans' Court of said
county, delegates, coroners and constables during their
continuance in office; and also school masters, physicians,
pharmacists and ministers of the gospel shall be exempt
from attendance as jurors; and of the names of such per-
sons when so selected, a list shall be made and a certificate
thereto appended by the said judges that the said list of
names has been duly selected in conformity with and ac-
cording to the spirit and intent of this Article, and which
said list and certificates shall be filed with the clerk of the
said court and by him preserved as other proceedings of
the said court are kept; and no property qualification shall
be required in any juror drawn as herein provided.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on and after the first day of June, 1933.

CHAPTER 198.
AN ACT to extend the time for payment of certain special
assessments for street improvements in the Town of
Hyattsville and to authorize the Mayor and Common
Council of said town to renew, re-issue, extend or refund
any of the obligations of the town dependent for pay-
ment upon such special assessments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That all special assessments heretofore levied
for construction of streets, side-walks, curbs and/or gut-
ters by the Mayor and Common Council of Hyattsyille,
and which are not now subject by existing law to payment
over a period of ten years are hereby ratified and con-
firmed, as of the effective date of the passage; of this Act,
as the same stand charged upon the books of the Treasurer
of the Town of Hyattsville and all of such assessments,
