a list shall be made and a certificate thereto appended by
the said judges that the said list of names has been duly
selected in conformity with and according to the spirit and
intent of this Article, and which said list and certificates
shall be filed with the clerk of the said court and by him
preserved as other proceedings of said court are kept; and
no property qualification shall be required in any juror
draws as herein provided.
Section 391AA. It shall be the duty of the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore County to have made out and filed
with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said county, within
such reasonable time as the Judges of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore County, or any one of them, may limit, a
list of the taxable inhabitants and/or residents of said
county for use in the selection of jurors, compiled from
such sources and setting forth such information and inci-
dental details as in the discretion of said Judges or Judge
may seem desirable and proper; such list shall be made
under the direct supervision of the Chief Clerk and Auditor
to the County Commissioners and before filing he shall ap-
pend thereto a certificate over his signature to the effect
that such list is fully and fairly made in accordance with
the direction of the Court. The Court may in its discre-
tion direct the revision of an existing list in lieu of a new
one, if such procedure is deemed expedient. The Judges
of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County shall communi-
cate their instructions and/or directions to the County
Commissioners in regard to this section in writing, and not
otherwise.
Section 391C. It shall be the duty of the Judges of the
Circuit Court for Baltimore County, not less than fifteen
days before the commencement of each term of said court,
in the presence of such practicing members of the Bar of
said court as shall think proper to attend, notice of the
time and place having been first given to said Bar through
the crier of said court, to proceed to select from the list
last furnished by the County Commissioners of said
county, provided for in Section 391AA of this Act
immediately preceding. this Section, and on the poll
books of the several election districts of said county
that shall be returned and filed in the clerk's office
of said court, provided for in Section 391, a panel
to consist of the names of one hundred (100) male
persons to be fairly and impartially selected by said judges,
with special reference to the intelligence, sobriety and in-
