or of obtaining money under false pretenses, or misrepre-
sentation, or conspiracy to defraud arising out of the sale
of any of such products. Any license which shall have been
so revoked may in the discretion of the Board of County
Commissioners be re-issued after six months from the date
of its revocation but not before. During the period for
which such license is revoked, no other license shall be
issued permitting the sale of gasoline, oil or grease at the
same place of business where the Board of County Com-
missioners has reasonable grounds to believe that to issue
such license would have the effect of defeating the purpose
of this section. Any person, firm or corporation affected
by the revocation or the withholding of the issuance of any
license by the Board of County Commissioners under the
provisions of this section shall have the right of appeal to
the Circuit Court of the County in which the license is
issued, such appeal not! to operate as a stay of the order or
decision of the Board of County Commissioners.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 190.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
364 and 365 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1924, en-
titled "Health, " sub-title "Chiropody, " regulating the ap-
pointment of members of the Board of Chiropody
Examiners for the State of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 1364 and 365 of Article 43 of the
Annotated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, Edi-
tion of 1924, entitled "Health, " subtitle "Chiropody, " be,
and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, so as to read as follows:
Section 364. There shall be established a Board of
Chiropody Examiners for the State of Maryland. This
Board shall consist of four members, who shall be
