SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all laws or
parts of laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistencies.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 189.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 56 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Li-
censes, " sub-title "Revocation, " said new section to be
known as Section 123A and to follow immediately after
Section 123 of said Article, to provide that the Boards of
County Commissioners in Allegany and Washington
Counties have authority to revoke trader's licenses
granted under Section 42 of said Article in certain in-
stances, and to provide certain conditions before the re-
issuance of such licenses or the issuance of any other
license to carry on the same business at the same place,
and to provide an appeal from the action of the Board
of County Commissioners, and that such appeal shall not
operate as a stay.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and the same is hereby
added to Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1929 Supplement), title "Licenses, " sub-title "Revoca-
cation, " said new section to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 123 of said Article, to be known as Section 123A and
to read as follows:
123A. The Boards of County Commissioners in and for
Allegany and Washington Counties shall have authority to
revoke licenses granted under Section 42 to any firm, per-
son or corporation maintaining a place in such counties for
the sale to the public of gasoline, oil or grease for use in
motor vehicles, should the holder of such license, or any
of his or its agents and employees have been found guilty
before a Justice of the Peace, or in any Criminal Court of
this State, of fraud in the sale of gasoline, oil or grease,
