same fees for making distress or levying executions as are
allowed for like services by the laws of the State of Mary-
land, and for making arrests or serving process for the
violation of any ordinance the same fees as are allowed
constables for the similar services. The power and author-
ity of said bailiffs to make arrests or serving process for
the violation of any ordinance of said Cottage City, any
Public Local Law or any Public General Law and the crim-
inal jurisdiction of the Chairman Commissioner as Justice
of the Peace of said Cottage City shall extend to and cover
the entire area of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard
from the intersection of the line of the southwest side of the
Bunker Hill Road, extended, with the southeast side of said
Boulevard to the intersection of the southeast side of said
Boulevard with Duelling Run. Such bailiff or bailiffs shall
be a resident taxpayer upon real estate in said town and
shall have attained the age of twenty-one years and shall
hold such position for such time as The Cottage City Com-
mission shall determine. Such bailiff or bailiffs may at any
time be removed from such position by resolution of The
Cottage City Commission.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 188.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
71 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, as amended by Chapter 442 of the
Acts of 1931, title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Part
3—Non-Tidal Waters, " sub-heading "Seasons"; and to
add a new section to Article 39 of the Annotated Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland (1929 Supplement),
title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Part 3—Non-Tidal
Waters, " to be known as Section 71A and to follow im-
mediately after Section 71, both relating to the manner,
time and restrictions on the catching of fish above tide-
water.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 71 of Article 39 of the Annotated
