CHAPTER 182.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County, " sub-title "Constables, " said
new section to be known as Section 261A and to follow
immediately after Section 261 of said Article, to require
the Constables, Sheriff and Deputy Sheriffs of said
County to take all prisoners before the Justice of the
Peace of said County residing nearest to the place of
arrest.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County, " sub-title
"Constables, " said new section to be known as Section
261 A, to follow immediately after Section 261 of said
Article, and to read as follows:

261A. It shall be the duty of every Constable, Sheriff
or Deputy Sheriff of Prince George's County, after placing
a prisoner under arrest, to take said prisoner for a hearing
before the nearest available Justice of the Peace of the said
county.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 183.

AN ACT to create a fire fighting corporation in a certain
area, hereinafter more particularly defined, situate in
Montgomery County, in the State of Maryland, to be
known as the Conduit Road Fire Board, Incorporated;
to invest said corporation with certain powers; to au-
thorize the exercise of said powers through a Board of
Directors; to authorize the qualified voters in said area
to nominate land elect the members of said Board of
Directors; to authorize a special election and to fix the
rules governing said nominations and elections; to pro-
vide permanently for the proper distribution of a por-
