Accounts, " relating to the admissibility in evidence of
photostatic and photographic copies.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 54A of Article 35 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Evi-
dence, " sub-title "Proof of Accounts, " be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, so as
to read as follows:
54A. Any writing or record, or a photostatic or photo-
graphic reproduction thereof, whether in the form of an
entry in a book or otherwise, made as a memorandum or
record of any act, transaction, occurrence or event, shah
be admissible in evidence in proof of said act; transaction,
occurrence or event, if made in the regular course of any
business, and if it was the regular course of such business
to make such memorandum or record, or photostatic or
photographic reproduction thereof at the time of such act,
transaction, occurrence or event or within a reasonable
time thereafter. All other circumstances of the making of
such writing or record, or photostatic or photographic re-
production thereof, including lack of personal knowledge
by the entrant or maker, may be shown to affect the weight,
but not the admissibility thereof. The term "business"
shall include business, profession, occupation and calling of
every kind. ;
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 180.
AN ACT to grant to the incorporated towns in Allegany
County certain powers by authorizing said incorporated
towns in said County to prohibit, permit or regulate the
operation of motion picture theatres on Sunday for recre-
ation or profit within the corporate limits of said respec-
tive incorporated towns to authorize and empower the
said respective incorporated towns to prescribe by ordi-
nance the conditions and regulations under which mov-
ing picture theatres may be operated on Sunday, and to
