issuing more than one warrant where there is a commission
by one person of more than one concurrent offense or vio-
lation of law arising out of one and the same accident, inci-
dent or event.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all public gen-
eral and public local laws inconsistent herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such incon-
sistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 132.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
620 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws (1930
Edition), title "Allegany County, " sub-title "Teachers—
Salaries, " relating to compensation of teachers employed
in the public schools of Allegany County, for the three
years, 1933-1934, 1934-1935, and to provide that said Act
be passed as an emergency measure.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 620 of Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County, " sub-title
"Teachers—Salaries, " as enacted by Chapter 379 of the
Acts of 1920, relating to the compensation of teachers em-
ployed in the public schools of Allegany County be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments
so as to read as follows:
The County Commissioners of Allegany County are here-
by authorized and required to levy such sum or sums upon
the request of the County Superintendent of Schools for
Allegany County as shall be necessary to meet the salaries
above provided for in addition to the money which the said
County Commissioners of Allegany County are now re-
quired by law to levy for teachers' salaries, and that said
County Commissioners of Allegany County shall pay the
said money over to the Board of Education of Allegany
County for the purposes set forth in this Act. Provided,
