and presented to the Commissioners thereof, and that a
special election for the adoption or rejection of said pro-
posal shall be called by the Commissioners after giving
thirty days' notice to the owners of real estate; and said
proposal shall be adopted if two-thirds of the legal voters
of the town of Highland Beach vote in favor of said pro-
posal or petition.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 120.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
1, 3, 4 and 8 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County, " sub-title "Annapolis, " abolishing the office of
City Counselor, providing for the appointment of a City
Attorney and prescribing his duties and compensation,
redefining the boundaries of and changing the name and
style of the Corporation of the City of Annapolis, relating
to the appointment of the Board of Supervisors of Elec-
tions, the registration of voters and the nomination and
election of Mayor and Aldermen.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 1, 3, 4 and 8 of Article 2 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Annapolis, " be and
they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
1. The boundaries of the City of Annapolis shall be as
follows: Beginning for the same at the corner formed by
the intersection of the southwest face of the wall of the
United States Naval Academy with the southeast face of
the bulkhead at the Eastern terminus of King George
Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning being
North 22261. 57 feet East 28494. 74 feet and running from
thence northwesterly along the southwest face of said wall
and the northeast side of King George Street approxi-
mately 1580 feet, thence leaving King George Street and
running with the northwest face of said wall northeasterly
