SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 106.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
534 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington County, "
sub-title "Jurors, " decreasing the compensation to be
paid jurors.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 534 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Jurors, " be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, to read
as follows:

534. The County Commissioners shall levy a sufficient
sum, in advance, to pay the jurors attending the Circuit
Court, promptly at the close of each jury term thereof.
Jurors shall receive three ($3. 00) dollars per day for each
and every day they shall attend said Court, in addition to
mileage as now provided by law.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

Approved April 21, 1933.

CHAPTER 107.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
558 of Article 22 of the Code cf Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), tide "Washington County, "
sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables, " sub-
heading "Juvenile Cases, " decreasing the compensation
of the Magistrate for Juvenile Cases in Washington
County.
