County upon a note or notes which may be issued here-
under, whether said note or notes be original or renewal.
151B. The said County Commissioners of Kent County
are hereby authorized and empowered to sell the note or
notes issued under the provisions of Section 151 A, either
at public or private sale, for the most money which can be
obtained for the same, provided that no private sale of said
note or notes shall be for less than par, and, if at public
sale, under such conditions and terms as said County Com-
missioners of Kent County may prescribe.
151C. In order to pay the said note or notes which, may
be issued from time to time under the provisions of the two
preceding Sections, together with the interest thereon; the
County Commissioners of Kent County are hereby author-
ized and directed to pay the same out of the taxes collected
in said County in the year in which said note or notes may
from time to time be issued and/or fall due, and if the
taxes so collected as aforesaid shall be insufficient for the
purpose, the said County Commissioners of Kent County
are hereby authorized and directed to levy upon all the
assessable property in said County a sum sufficient to pay
the said note or notes together with all interest accrued
thereon.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety:,
and being passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 98.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
89 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, (1930 Edition) title "Anne Arundel County, "
sub-title "Annapolis, " sub-heading "Annapolis Water
Company Charter, " as said section was amended by
Chapter 534 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
